Rogersville BMA votes to settle suit against town’s Board of Zoning Appeals

The Rogersville Review reports Rogersville Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted Tuesday to settle a Chancery Court case filed last Friday against the town and the Board of Zoning Appeals. The legal action, filed by attorney Mike Faulk on behalf of 40 property owners in the West Hills area, asked the court to reverse a decision by the Board of Zoning Appeals allowing Dr. John Chambers to develop a group housing project, to be named Westover Park on Crockett’s Creek.
