From Times-News:

Mayor Jim Sells said Thursday:
“This is a setback, and we’ll have to adjust our plans a little bit, but we’re still moving forward with the project. We’re glad that no one got hurt, and we’re concerned about the safety of the (1870 addition) structure right now. If we have to lose it, that’s a shame, but it’s not going to tarnish our plans.”
