According to Bob Moore at the Tribune, a Hancock County grand jury has declined to indict Hancock County High School and Middle School principal Thomas Zachary.
Zachary faced charges arising from an incident last November.

Mount Carmel’s speed enforcement cameras were calibrated Tuesday and will be activated today, although the “citations” issued for the first 30 days will be warnings only.
There are two cameras, one on each side of Mount Carmel’s two-mile stretch of 11-W.
How much do you wanna bet the Hubby will be the first person ticketed?
